What Information Do We Collect?

Information You Submit:

When you request information, subscribe to or order a product or service, register as a user, respond to an online survey, or otherwise actively send us data; we may collect data including, but not limited to; your name, email address(es), mailing address(es), telephone number(s), and information related to the business you represent. If the product or service provided is something we charge for, we will also collect payment information; such as credit card numbers and related verification information, phone number, email address, and billing / shipping addresses; in order to process the order. In all of the above cases, you will know exactly what data we collect through the Site, because you actively submit it to us.

Information We Gather:

As part of the standard operation of the Site, we may collect information from your computer or device; including but not limited to your browser type, device type, operating system, IP address, and the domain name from which you accessed the Site. Is My Information Secure?

Security is of paramount importance to us, and we work hard to ensure that our Site and Services are as secure as is possible. We have taken certain physical, electronic, contractual, and managerial steps to safeguard and secure the information we collect from Site visitors and Service users. However no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is ever 100% secure; therefore while we endeavour to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Do Not Track:

We do not currently use a mechanism to act upon “Do Not Track” instructions. We are however investigating such mechanisms.

We will retain your information for as long as your Account is active, or as is needed to provide you with our Services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Additionally we will delete information after it is no longer useful for providing our Services.

Children’s Information:

The Site and our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from them.

RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY

Our Returns & Warranty Policy constitutes an inherent part of our Terms of Sale and Service. Any terms used but undefined in this section shall have the meaning attached to them in the Terms of Sale and Service.

Exclusions:

The Warranty is void in the following cases:

  • Beacons are used or stored improperly, i.e. what could reasonably be expected of an electrical device,
  • Water or humidity damage,
  • Intentional, accidental, or negligent damage,
  • Physical damage or misuse, i.e. twisting, bending, wrenching, cutting
  • Damage caused by force majeure (such as bad weather) or electrical disturbance (such as a power surge),
  • Firmware modifications,
  • Casing modifications,
  • Component tampering, i.e. displacing, or modifying connectors or other fixed components
  • Exposure to hazardous radiation or caustic chemicals.

Exercise of the Warranty:

You will be responsible for all incurred shipping costs and potential damages if you send back the defective Beacons without prior consultation, as discussed in the preceding paragraph, or ignore our instructions (especially regarding the content of the bill of lading or proper packaging).

What does campaign mean?

“Campaign” is an organized course of promoting your brand, marketing, selling and advertising action to promote a product or services. An advertising campaign is series of advertising images that share a single idea and which helps in building up an integrated marketing communication.

What is add campaign?

Add campaign help the vendor to promote his/her brand by uploading images which consist of information about the product, upcoming events. The vendor can create a campaign of daily deals and offers to attract the attention of users. He/she cannot change the images once uploaded till the end of the week.

What does running campaign mean?

“Running campaign” is a series of images uploaded by the vendor in add campaign.

When I can change the image of a Running campaign?

He/she cannot change the images once uploaded till the end of 7days or week.

Accubeacon BLE sensor not responding?

Might be due of your payment or please contact the Accubeaon team to sort this kind of issues

Can I change the store address and contact details?

The vendor cannot change the given store address and the contact details. If any changes in store address and contact details, Contact us at hello@Accubeacon.com

Who is responsible for the physical damage of Accubeacon BLE sensor?

You will be responsible for all the damages to Accubeacon BLE sensor. Kindly check the RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY.

Subscription plan not activated?

Please check your recent payment for the subscription plan or contact Accubeacon for the activation of the plan you have selected.

Can I Add Accubeacon with same subscription plan?

If you want to add Accubeacon you have to purchase a new STARTER PACK along with the 3-month subscription.

What shall be the size of the images to campaign?

The ratio of the image should be 9:18 (900pixels*1800pixels), where 9 (900Px) is width and 18 (1800Px) will be the height. The image size should be less than 2MB.
